By booking through our online booking system, by email or by phone, you can take note of the rates and conditions of sale and accept them.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE / SPECIAL CONDITIONS (Promotional rate, last minute, early booking, ...)
DEPOSIT: The total amount of the reservation is requested and charged by the property at any time after booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note in case of cancellation, modification or no show, the hotel retains the total amount of the reservation.
Article 1 - BOOKING: Your reservation is guaranteed by a deposit:
Either by contacting the type, number and expiration date of your phone by credit card.
Or by sending a bank transfert for the amount of your booking.
Arrival (check-in) takes place from 14:00 to 20:00.
For late arrival, you must inform reception before 20:00.
Departures (check-out) takes place until 11:00.
Article 2 – TO CANCEL A BOOKING: When booking the client has received a confirmation by phone, fax or internet, corresponds to the opening and processing of the client's file.
In case of cancellation, you must notify the hotel directly as soon as possible with a letter writing, email or fax.
In case of cancellation:
Cancellation of 6 months and 07days before the date of stay: no penalty except the deposit paid for non-refundable bookings *.

The deposit on booking is non-refundable * Except in case of hospitalization or death certificate with.
Article 3 - NO-SHOW: In case the customer does not show up on the day of arrival (until 20:00 on day of arrival), the total booking amount is due.
In case of no-show, the hotel charges the total amount of the reservation.
Article 4 - EXTEND YOUR STAY: You must go before 9 am on departure day at the reception for availability and whether this extension is possible.
Article 5 - BOOKING MODIFICATION: Any change of reservation is possible at any time. However, we can not guarantee room availability, therefore, if a modification is not possible, the customer will accept the original booking or will be subject to the cancellation conditions in accordance with Article 2 if wishes to cancel his reservation.
Article 6 - SHORTEN YOUR STAY CURRENT: It is imperative that you prevent reception before 9 am for the partial annulment of your stay is taken into account.
If you need to shorten your stay, no refund will be possible and the nights booked and therefore not consumed will be due.

Article 7 - THE DEPARTURE: The room will be systematically checked at check-out takes place until 11:00 in the morning. If you exceed this time we will be obliged to charge you a day extra.
