In the heart of the old mineral town of Sartène, one of the oldest cities in Corsica, Hotel des Roches has recently been joined by the Restaurant "Sognu di Babbu" (literally "Daddy's Dream"), also open from Monday evening to Sunday noon in winter).
SOGNU DI BABBU RESTAURANT
The restaurant "Sognu di Babbu" ("the dream of Papa") welcomes you in a panoramic room or on its terrace, offering a breathtaking view.
You will have the pleasure to taste an inventive cuisine, concocted by chef Guillaume Georgin, who revisits the best Corsican specialties.
The winery will offer you the finest wines of the region as well as some wines from elsewhere, while contemplating the Gulf of Valinco.
